These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpringCertified.com (https://www.springcertified.com), an independent study platform offering practice questions, mock exams, and guides for the VMware Spring Professional (2V0-72.22) certification exam.

SpringCertified.com is operated as an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with VMware, Broadcom, or the Spring Framework project in any way.

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

To access paid features you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at contact@springcertified.com.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with other people.

One-time purchase

Full platform access is available as a one-time payment. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never store your card details.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us at contact@springcertified.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days are considered at our sole discretion.

EU consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the platform you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform content for your own private study purposes.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any platform content.
• Copy, scrape, or systematically download questions, answers, or explanations.
• Use the content to create competing products or services.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the question database by automated means.
• Share your account credentials with other people.

All content on this platform — including questions, explanations, guides, blog articles, and code examples — is owned by SpringCertified.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

Spring®, Spring Boot®, and related marks are trademarks of VMware, Inc. or its affiliates. Their use on this site is purely descriptive (referring to the technology and exam topics) and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In particular:

• Exam accuracy — practice questions are written to reflect the publicly available exam objectives but are not sourced from or approved by VMware/Broadcom. We cannot guarantee that any specific question will appear on the actual exam.
• Exam outcome — using this platform does not guarantee that you will pass the certification exam.
• Availability — we aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpringCertified.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or costs of substitute services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, in particular the permitted use restrictions in Section 4. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@springcertified.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
